I'm getting less and less patient, I find, with people who don't send things within a reasonable time after I've paid for them.

I filed a BBB complaint last year (see:  Bliss) and now, after only 12 days with no contact, I'm ready to hit the "dispute" button with Paypal for some perfume (limited editions, they aren't making any more and I like these)

And no, the replacement Bliss package that was supposedly sent priority over a week ago has not yet arrived....I'm not sanguine about it.
